Beaver Lodge and Alexander Terminals

Williams County and MacKenzie County, North Dakota

This project consisted of designing and constructing two terminal facilities capable of receiving, storing, and load-out of shale oil by either truck or pipeline. Each facility was designed for future expansion, eventually using multiple pipelines and truck stations for receiving and load-out of oil. The facility includes oil storage, metering capabilities, and solar-powered panels for wireless signals and controls. Each facility included one 140,000-barrel API oil storage tank, with the ability to add an additional tank at each location.
