Compressor Station

Noble County, Oklahoma

This compressor facility receives wellhead gas from various incoming gathering lines, compresses it, and performs the basic extraction of liquids. NGL is stored in 500 barrel atmospheric tanks and then trucked to pipeline receipt stations. The processed gas is delivered to distribution pipelines. The system is highly flexible with four CAT 3516 powered Ariel compressor packages, expandable to six, glycol unit, BTEX unit, air cooler, methanol system, and various ASME vessels for collection of liquids. The system also included pig launchers/receivers, motor operated valves, meter skids, manifolds, sumps, tank instrumentation, and a local control system connected to SCADA. The client requested we provide engineering services including design, equipment sizing, and flow analysis for pre-construction. We also developed the conceptual design, provided detail construction drawings, including bill of materials and provided the detail sheets for the pipeline field connections.
