Oklahoma State University // Dr. Raymond Sidwell Research Facility

Lahoma, Oklahoma

The Oklahoma Agricultural Experiment Station, North Central Research Station, consists of 143 acres located one mile west of Lahoma on Highway 60. The station is a major focus for OSU’s wheat research, but the former station buildings were inadequate and outdated.

As Construction Manager, Ross Group constructed a new research facility with help from the Sidwell Family donors. The new PEMB includes everything the research station needs — equipment bays, offices, conference rooms, a welcome lobby, janitor closet, and restrooms.

At the donors’ request, the facility was built to have a front porch to cultivate a welcoming and inviting atmosphere. The orange panels are visible from the highway so drivers can easily identify the facility as an extension of the OSU campus.
