Rolls Royce Engine Depot

Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Rolls Royce needed a new engine depot services facility to support the US Air Force Global Hawk fleet. This facility is Rolls Royce's first public-private partnership to provide engine services for the US Air Force. Rather than building a new facility, the team opted to renovate an existing space on base. The renovation included resurfacing of the existing warehouse with new epoxy flooring, installing new crane systems — complete with frame rails and footings, mounting new light fixtures, and preparing the office facilities for modular furniture. Because Rolls Royce needed to get the facility up and running quickly, Ross Group not only worked at a rigorous pace, but also sequenced activities to ensure the maximum amount of ongoing production on-site at all times
