About the Project
The Coliseum building is a historical, art deco, multi-family housing facility that was originally built in 1925. Ross Group served as the development partner and construction manager to rehabilitate the building in full accordance with the National Park Service and the Oklahoma Historical Society’s historic preservation requirements.
Ross Group followed the three-step approval process with the Oklahoma Historical Society and the National Park Service. The renovation work was designed and constructed within specific guidelines to retain the building’s historical significance and restored the building to function as multi-family housing.
