This project required full engineering services and construction support for a facility that receives crude from a variety of incoming pipelines that are metered and sent to three floating roof tanks. The system is highly flexible with MOV manifolds for the incoming and outgoing crude, which is pumped and metered.

The project included engineering the transfer to and from nearby terminals. The system includes pig launchers and receivers, motor-operated valves, meter skids, manifolds with motor-operated valves, can pump, centrifugal pumps, sumps, tank instrumentation, and a control system.

At the client’s request, we developed the conceptual design, provided full construction documents, and the contractor bid package (including the SOW and BOM), as well as provided the alignment sheets for the pipelines between nearby facilities.
