About the Project
Ross Group constructed a new four-story, 45,350 sq. ft. Holiday Inn Express and Claremore Conference Center. The hotel portion of the project features include meeting rooms, a business center, a fitness room, an indoor pool, and guest laundry.

The Conference Center is an approximately 15,000 sq. ft. facility, located adjacent to the hotel. It features a grand storefront entrance with a metal canopy leading to an additional outdoor gathering space. The interior of the space was designed with a modern industrial feel, including an open layout and high ceilings with exposed beams. In addition, the team installed decorative LED lighting systems to add to the building’s aesthetics.
