About the Project
Ross Group constructed a new energy-efficient, 54,164 sq. ft. fitness center. The building was designed to maximize quality by integrating utilities within the building and on the site, selecting and installing building systems for low-cost operation and sustainability, while balancing the facility's overall aesthetics and functionality.
The architectural design provided a functional, visually appealing fitness center that reflects the Southwest Spanish Architecture style of the region. The new building includes a four-lane, 25-meter swimming pool; an elevated, indoor running track with a stretching area; and a gymnasium area for physical training and group exercise. The new facility also features a front desk administrative area, locker rooms, showers, and support functions.
