Ross Group is providing turnkey services to design and build a progressive wave tube (PWT) for a confidential client in California. The PWT will be used to test various sensitive components for the client. It is designed to produce approximately 174 decibels utilizing nitrogen-driven modulators. The PWT is located inside a new building, requiring close coordination with building designers and contractors. Ross Group Engineering managed delivery of the completed design, including foundations, civil/structural components, acoustic, mechanical, instrumentation, and electrical systems.
