This project was a four terminal expansion project, which consisted of an in-house fast-track EPC design effort. Ross Group's Engineering and Industrial teams performed three expansions and one green field truck loadout facility.

Within the four different sites, the three expansions were designed and constructed to accept larger quantities of product with the ability to separate condensate and crude. Three new floating roof tanks were added, truck loadout skids, pumps, LACTS, and shelter.
