Ross Group Engineering designed a new 6,500 sq. ft. warehouse for a client in Bartlesville. The new facility includes loading docks, overhead doors, and a welding shop with an overhead crane, plus restrooms and industrial ceiling fans to cool the warehouse and welding shop.

The façade of the building is simple and efficient, with a metal panel-clad exterior and a standing seam metal roof. The foundation is slab-on-grade, with a structural steel framing system. The facility adjoined an existing manufacturing building, requiring coordination with the occupants.

Our team provided the complete design package, including civil, architectural, structural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection plans and specifications. Ross Group Engineering served as the Designer of Record for Ross Group Construction and completed the project on a fast-tracked, design-build schedule.
